Please complete the information required for the upcoming 2019-2020 school year. Each student in a family must be re-enrolled individually.
FACTS Tuition Management Company will be processing all tuition payments electronically. All families must be enrolled in FACTS. (Invoice accounts will no longer be allowed.) If you are enrolled in FACTS for the current year, you will be electronically re-enrolled for the same payment plan. If you want to change your payment plan, please contact me. If you are not enrolled on FACTS, please enroll via the FACTS website at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3GH80. AWHS plans under FACTS are detailed at: https://www.awhs.org/admissions/tuition-financial-aid.
Please submit this document, with the required non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per student by Friday, March 1, 2019. Course schedules for school year 2019-2020 will not be finalized until the signed contract has been submitted, the $300.00 has been paid, and a FACTS account is established.
