Tuition & Financial Aid
Invest in Your Student's Future
At Archbishop Williams, we are committed to providing accessible Catholic education to students from all socioeconomic backgrounds. We recognize that choosing AWHS is an investment in more than just your child’s education; it’s an investment in their faith, friendships, and future.
We believe that AWHS offers an exceptional educational experience at an extraordinary value. Compared to the average tuition at Boston-area private schools, which exceeds $45,000 per year, AWHS tuition is nearly half, making it an unparalleled choice for your family.

Tuition and Financial Aid
Archbishop Williams offers both merit scholarships and financial aid to families. For the 2025-26 school year, 65% of families are receiving financial assistance.
Families need to apply for financial aid during the application process through a web-based application. AWHS uses FACTS to compile and verify family information. The FACTS application must be submitted by the chosen enrollment deadline. There is a $45 application fee. Any tuition credits (Financial Aid and/or Merit Scholarships, Sibling Discount) will subsequently be entered into the Tuition Account by the AWHS Business Office.
All families must create a FACTS account to pay tuition.
Tuition Payment Plan Options
Please Note: Checks made payable to AWHS that are returned or bounced will incur a $50 returned check fee. This fee is not to be confused with the $10 fee that FACTS Tuition Management charges for failed online transactions.
Merit Scholarships
-
Students applying to Grades 7-9 will be automatically reviewed for a Merit Scholarship based on their entrance exam scores as long as the student applies by the Priority or Regular Deadline.
-
Merit scholarships are guaranteed to be re-awarded annually as long as the student maintains the indicated minimum grade point average.
-
Families do not need to complete a separate application to be considered for Merit Scholarships.
-
Questions regarding merit scholarships should be directed to the Enrollment Office (enrollment@awhs.org).
