International Program
Worldly Perspectives
Archbishop Williams has the privilege of welcoming students from around the globe. Each year, our international students bring with them a wealth of cultural experience and knowledge and add a new dimension to life at AWHS.
Currently, we have students in our school community whose home countries are China, Vietnam, and Japan. In the past, we have welcomed students from Korea, Germany, Myanmar, Brazil, Italy, and Ethiopia.
Archbishop Williams will provide a first-rate college preparatory academic program coupled with the services of a full-time English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher. A wealth of clubs, activities, service, and athletic opportunities will ensure that each student is well-rounded and prepared for life after graduation.
For the 2026-2027 school year, we welcomed three new international students from China, Japan, and Vietnam to campus. We are also pleased to introduce our new International Student Program Director, Susanna Lu.
Your Home Away from Home at AWHS
"As a former international student myself, I understand the excitement, challenges, and growth that come with studying and living far from home. Having spent much of my adult life away from my family, I know how meaningful it is to have a community where you feel welcomed, supported, and truly belong. I am excited to support our talented international students as they learn, grow, build friendships, and make lasting memories at AWHS. I look forward to getting to know you and being part of your AWHS journey — and beyond. Welcome to your home away from home. Go Bishops!"
Susanna Lu, International Student Program Director
