Summer Conditioning at AWHS

The Archbishop Williams Summer Conditioning program will begin in June, 2025.  We will have workout sessions both in the morning and in the afternoon.

The morning program will begin on Monday, June 15, and lasts 7 weeks, running Monday-Thursday each week until Thursday, July 31st.  There will be two sessions daily:  8:30-9:30 AM, and 9:30-10:30 AM.  (No sessions on Thursday 6/19 as the school is closed that day for Juneteenth).

The afternoon program begins Monday June 23, and will run every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday until Thursday, Aug 14th.  There will be two sessions in the afternoon: 4:00-5:00 PM and 5:00-6:00 PM.  

Workouts will be held at the Ted Healy Field weight room. Coach Brian Holden '90 (morning sessions)  and Coach Mark Milano (afternoon sessions) will instruct students on dynamic stretching, plyometrics and weight lifting workouts. 

The program has a $100, non-refundable fee.

Attendance at our Summer Conditioning program is optional and intended for anyone looking to get stronger and healthier this summer. They are not required for participation in any AWHS program. They are open to all students, Grades 7-12, both new and returning, regardless of experience level. We encourage all of our students to join us!

All participants must first be signed up and approved on Final Forms.

How to get started:

1.  Visit our school's Final Forms website at https://archbishopwilliams-ma.finalforms.com 

2.  Register your student(s): You will be prompted to enter your student's information and select Coed Summer Conditioning.

3.  Complete the required forms: All necessary forms will be available within your FinalForms account. Please carefully review and sign each form.

4.  Pay the $100 Registration fee below.
