Tuition For The School Year 2011 – 2012

Four Tuition Payment Plans Are Offered:
| PLAN A: | Full tuition payment for the academic year 2011-2012 paid by July 15, 2011. Parents may deduct $100.00 from their tuition bill if this plan is selected. Tuition bill mailed the end of June. |
| PLAN B: | Two equal payments of the total tuition. First payment is due by July 15, 2011. The second payment is due December 2, 2011. Payments received after the due date will incur a weekly “late payment” charge of $25.00. Tuition bill mailed the end of June. |
| PLAN C: | Ten equal payments of the total tuition. Payment for this plan is handled by FACTS Management Company. Funds are withdrawn electronically from a checking or savings account. You may select a withdrawal on the 5th or 20th of the month. Payments begin in July or August. May of 2012 is the last month for withdrawal payments. |
| PLAN D: | Extended payments over 18-60 months through Your Tuition Solution. If completed by July 15th, parents may deduct $100.00 from their tuition. Apply online at www.yourtuitionsolution.com or call 1-800-920-9777. |

Financial Aid Information
Financial Aid requests are processed through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. You may apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com or request a financial aid application through the school.
Parents who believe they may qualify for financial aid must submit an application to FACTS by the following deadlines:
- January 10, 2012 for students entering grade 9
- March 31, 2012 for students entering grades 10 through 12
Financial Aid decisions will be mailed with Admission Decision Letters on January 31, 2012 for incoming freshmen and in the middle of May for students entering grades 10 through 12.
Scholarship Information
Archbishop Williams awards a limited number of partial merit scholarships. These merit scholarships are based upon 7th and 8th grade transcripts and the student’s performance on the Catholic Secondary School Entrance Exam.
