Summer Reading Lists Form

To the student: Please take careful notes on the books using the forms linked here. Please make more copies as needed for each book read or download more. NOTES MUST BE HANDWRITTEN-DO NOT TYPE. Your teachers will collect your notes for each book in class in September. These notes will be part of your summer reading assessment grade. No notes will be accepted after this date. Your teachers will tell you about any other assessment on summer reading in September. All notes must be the student’s own handwriting.
