Here at Archbishop Williams, we believe that every student has gifts and talents to share. The process of discovering and developing these talents does not end in the classroom. Rather, the focus of the Williams’ day shifts in the mid-afternoon as students leave classrooms and head for playing fields and other activities.
Athletics and extra-curricular activities are a vital part of the Archbishop Williams experience. Students are encouraged to discover and develop their gifts, talents, and yes, their greatness.
The Archbishop Williams Athletic Program is well known and highly respected. Over the last 10 years, the Bishops have had much to cheer about— 20 league championships, 9 South Sectional Championships, 7 Eastern Massachussetts Finalists, and 2 State Championships.
What is more, we have a brand new state of the art, multimillion dollar athletic complex that is home to nine of our sports! What sports do we offer? I thought you’d never ask!
Our various extra-curricular offerings flourish through the energy and commitment of our dedicated students and faculty. These activities often become the training ground for students who aspire to become leaders, artists, performers, and more.
Friends made and experiences enjoyed through these clubs and activities change lives. They brighten futures. They discover greatness.

Beyond athletic and extra-curricular programs, we create community and student development through special stand alone events of social significance. Our proms, semi-formals, dances, homecoming activities, spirit week celebration, rallies, calendar drive and school-sponsored trips to Europe help students grow as people and build relationships that will last forever.
