Richard Weidmann ‘75 (Chairman)

Rich has been a member of the AWHS Board of Trustees since 2004 and previously served on the Principal’s Advisory Board.  He received his BS Degree in Accounting from Bentley College and an MBA from Babson College, and is a Certified Financial Planner™.  He has worked in financial services for nearly thirty years and is a Vice President at a wealth management firm that supports high net worth investors as well as non-profit clients.

Anthony Agnitti '80

Tony is a member of the AWHS Class of 1980, and a 1984 graduate of Norwich University where he majored in business. He is the founder and owner of Agnitti Insurance Agency, Incorporated, and is co-founder and principal at Agnitti Property Management. His business has been awarded several Boston area profile awards for business contributions both economically and philanthropically. Tony is a Certified Insurance Counselor and Licensed Insurance Adviser.

Tony was a founder and Board Director of Horizon Bank and Trust Company, past Chairman and Commissioner of Braintree Electric Light Department’s Board (B.E.L.D.), past Chairman of Foundation Board of Quincy Medical Center and Hospital, past Chairman of the Board for South Shore Chamber of Commerce, Salvation Army, Kiwanis and several other local and national charities. He is presently on the Board of Fellows at Norwich and on the Advisory Board of Bank of Canton. 


Nicole Beltram '00

Nicole graduated AWHS in 2000. She received her B.S. in Business Management from Bryant University and her Masters in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College. Nicole has 10+ years experience in Human Resources and works for Sapient Corporation located in Back Bay, Boston. She has been a member of the AWHS Compensation Committee since 2010 and joined the Board of Trustees in 2014.


Joseph Driscoll '88

Attorney Joseph Driscoll served for eight years as State Representative for the Fifth Norfolk District, which includes Braintree, Holbrook and Randolph. While in the legislature, Joe oversaw banking and insurance issues as a member of the Joint Committee on Financial Services while also serving on the House Ways & Means Committee and the Joint Committee on Revenue. He also has held positions as an Assistant Attorney General and Assistant District Attorney for Norfolk County, and Selectman for his hometown of Braintree. A 1988 graduate of AWHS, Joe earned his B.A. from Boston College, his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law and Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Joe is a former Senior Vice President with O’Neill & Associates, one of the nation’s largest government relations and communications firms. Joe previously served as Associate General Counsel for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He is now General Counsel for South Shore Health System, Inc. in Weymouth.


John Falvey '87

John is a member of the AWHS Class of 1987.  With over 20 years of marketing experience, John currently serves as the Senior Vice President-Strategic Marketing Director of Citizens Commercial Banking.  Prior to joining Citizens in 2012, John was employed by Sovereign Bank since 2001.  John specializes in strategy development, marketing communications, and customer experience.  John received his MBA and BA from Boston College.


Susan Kantor, P'04

Susan Kantor is a former partner in PwC’s consulting practice where she advised companies on a wide range of business and operational issues.  Prior to joining PwC, Susan held various Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller roles for more than 25 years in global consulting firms including PRTM Management Consultants, Monitor and The Boston Consulting Group.  Susan served as a Board member and Corporate Treasurer of PRTM Management Consultants for 14 years and was also on the Board of a private venture fund for 10 years. Consulting Magazine selected Susan for the “Distinguished 2010 Women Leaders in Consulting Award,” recognizing her two decades of leadership in the consulting industry. In addition to her role as Board member and Chair of the Finance Committee at AWHS, Susan is currently serving on the Board of the Epilepsy Foundation of New England and chairs the Audit Committee. She is also a Board member for Family and Community Resources and Lionbridge Technologies. Susan earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Grove City College, PA.  She is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts and member of the American Institute of CPAs.


Stephen Hassell '67

Stephen is an AWHS graduate of 1967, and has extensive experience in construction, structural design, and engineering. He has led countless successful development projects in Boston and far beyond. Stephen is currenlty Director of Business Development New England for Shawmut Design and Construction. 

Steve constantly gives back to AWHS.  He serves our Alumni Focus Group generously and has sponsored a scholarship for a number of years that supports and recognizes a graduating senior who has a future in engineering.


Sr. Eleanor Martin SCN '63

Sister Eleanor Martin '63 , a member of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, is a 1963 graduate of AWHS who, on her graduation from Boston Law School, became the first sister in her order to become an attorney.  She went on to skillfully serve in roles such as providing legal assistance to the poor in Massachusetts and Kentucky and as an attorney at Boston’s Irish Immigration Center, established in 1989 and today serving immigrants from more than 100 nations.  From 1978 to 2002, she provided legal help to low-income people in the Bay State and in Kentucky. She was instrumental in establishing the first domestic violence shelter in eastern Kentucky. Her other achievements include being associate director for the Legal Aid Society of Louisville, a managing attorney for the Southeastern Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation, and, from 2002 to 2007, a vice provincial of the Western Province of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth.  Sister Eleanor Martin '63 was inducted into the AWHS Academic Hall of Fame in 2009.


Michael McCarthy, Ph.D.

Mike earned a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Boston College.  Retired after 40 years in the Boston Public Schools as a teacher, Director of Instruction and Principal. He is currently working as an Educational Consultant. Mike’s wife Maryellen is an alumna of AWHS.  He has five children and nine grandchildren.  In his words, “I am honored to serve on the AWHS Board. Working at a Catholic school has strengthened my commitment to Catholic education.”


Paul Mollica '69

Paul Mollica is Regional President for the Boston region and oversees Webster Bank's business and community affairs activities in the greater Boston area. Mollica joined Webster in 2007 as senior vice president and regional manager of the commercial lending group based in the greater Boston area. Prior to joining Webster, he had held various roles for Bank of America, including regional president/market executive for the Boston market and senior client manager/senior vice president. Mollica also served as a senior vice president/division head for middle market banking at Eastern Bank for five years, covering the Boston market.  Mollica is a director of the South Shore YMCA and is a member of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce. He holds a bachelor's degree from Stonehill College and an M.B.A. from Suffolk University.  Mollica graduated from Archbishop Williams High School in 1969. 


Stephen F. Nazzaro, '82, P'11, '14

Steve is Executive Vice President and head of Institutional Investor Services for State Street Corporation with over 27 years of experience. In addition to his exceptional business and project management skills, Steve brings a deep love for Archbishop Williams and for Catholic education. He has been a steady substantial contributor to our Annual Fund and Tuition Assistance Program. Steve is known in and around his community as a loyal friend, neighbor, and mentor. He currently sits on the board of Year Up, a nonprofit organization in Boston that works to provide urban young adults with the skills, experience and support that will empower them to reach their potential through professional careers and higher education.  


Vittoria Pacifico-DeBenedictis

Vittoria Pacifico-DeBenedictis is the former President of Rhode Island’s 138 year old St. Mary Academy-Bay View, and former principal of St. Francis of Assisi School in Braintree. Under Vitt’s leadership, St. Francis became a model of educational excellence and organizational effectiveness. Vitt’s background in education and contributions to the Archdiocese are remarkable. She is a graduate of Regis and Emanuel Colleges and will soon be a Doctor of Education and graduate of UMass Boston. Her expertise and perspective as an educator, her vision, and her character are invaluable assets to our Board and to our school.


Ellen Walsh P'02, '03, '05, '07

Ellen Walsh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Education from Providence College.  She received a Masters of Science in Counselor Education from Suffolk University and a Masters of Education in Elementary Education from Bridgewater State College.  She is currently employed by the Law Office of Merrigan & Merrigan in Braintree and is a former Guidance Counselor within the Holbrook Public School system.  A member of the AWHS parent group from 1997 to 2007, Walsh chaired the Group for three years during her tenure. She is an elected Town Meeting Member in Holbrook and formerly served on the Holbrook Board of Selectmen.  She has served on the Holbrook Board of Assessors and presently is a member of the Holbrook Historical Commission. Most of all, Ellen and her husband sent four children (and extraordinary graduates!) to AWHS!
